Immediate acknowledgement is provided by the service provider to the Support Engineer, so as to know the status of service provided and any requirements are pending in the service. So customer satisfaction plays a vital role that enhances the maintenance and expenditure details are also updated through the application. This application provides a quick and affordable way to face the real time issues through acknowledgements.Purpose of Quick Care------------------------------------Main Purpose of Quick Care is Time Management, Clear Visualization of job what to be done, AMC, Priority of Task, Task Management-Personal and Activity Schedules are available, Navigation of particular location is enclosed, Route Map can be defined, Sales of Products is made easy, Service of products is availed, Quick care provides care for product sales and enhances the usage and warranty period of the particular product. Product Accessories are also availed that can be utilized while servicing the Product. The Quick care App serves the true purpose of the Service Provider and Customer. Features of Quick Care-------------------------------------Customer - This contains the customer list. - Before creating any Sales Entry customer information is very essential. - We can get the customer information from App itself at any time.Accessory - This contains the Accessories list which is used in product. - It can be either minor or major tools. Product - This contains the product list which is we are going to Sale. - We have to enter the basic details of each product such as No. of free services, Scheduling Type & Installation Required and Accessories if applicable.Sales - This contains the Sales list which we sold earlier. - Each and every time of Sale, need to entry the Customer & Product we have sold. - If the Sold product have any Installation option then the TASK will be generated automatically at the time save sales. - Based on that the Owner or Manager or Supervisor can assign the task to the Service Engineer.Service Request - This contains the list of Service Request from the Sold Customer. - Based on the Request from Customer the Owner or Manager or Supervisor can assign the task to the Service Engineer. - The Owner or Manager or Supervisor only the authorized person to create this.AMC - This contains the list of AMC based on the Product we have sold. - At the time of Sales the AMC schedule will be create based on the product.
